About Deer's Glade

Situated just 15 minutes from the coast, this site is the ideal location for a family retreat in the idyllic North Norfolk countryside. Stroll around the woodland walks onsite and spot some wildlife in the beautiful surroundings. You can even enjoy a day fishing in the onsite lake! Tents, caravans and campervans are welcome across the site's spacious pitches, with up to six guests per pitch. There are also electric grass or hardstanding pitches available, each with the added bonus of a 16 amp hook up and TV point. The Muntjac Meadow is also available to book during August. Suitable for tents and VW campervans, situated ten minutes from the main site, it is the perfect place to relax. If you fancy a little more luxury, opt for one of the cosy glamping options. There are six luxury bell tents, with a double bed, two single futons and a TV. You can keep nice and warm with a heater, along with electric and a kitchen unit with a microwave, kettle and fridge. Outside is also a chimenea for nights under the stars. Sleeping up to four, the site also offers cosy Standard Pods. Fully insulated, these come with a heater, TV, lighting, electric and French doors to the outside. These pods come without beds, bedding or camping equipment so do bring it with you! If you want to pack a little lighter, opt for the Mega Pods. These come fully furnished with a double bed with bedding, a double futon, TV, heater, electric and a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. You will even have your own ensuite loo and hand basin. The shepherd's hut is the perfect rural glamping experience, equipped with a smart TV, kitchen and dining area and outside seating. Each of the glamping units also features an outdoor picnic bench and parasol, along with a concrete table, ideal for placing a BBQ on! Four-legged friends are welcome to join you on your stay. Please note, dogs are not permitted in the glamping accommodation. BBQs are allowed as long as they are raised off the ground.

Camping, touring and the pods are available all year. The bell tents are available from March to mid September.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding PitchesNov 2024

Very good site for our campervan. Perhaps it would be more difficult if we were relying on showers and toilet facilities.

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding PitchesSep 2024

This is an excellent site, one of the best sites we have stayed on and we have been caravanning for 40 years plus. It's spotlessly clean and well maintained. The pitch sizes are excellent and we will be coming back.

An absolute gem

We are delighted to have found this gem of a site tucked away in woodland with good dog walks from the site. Facilities are great and kept clean. On site shop is very well stocked too. We will be coming back.
