Happy Days Holiday Retreat is a small camping site set in the Lincolnshire countryside, in the resort of Woodhall Spa, just 30 minutes from the coast. There are two grass pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes as well as two ready tents for those wanting to avoid the trouble of hammering in tent pegs. With lots to do nearby and Battle of Britain planes flying overhead, this is a great spot for nature and history lovers.

We had an excellent time at Happy Days Retreat. The site was very well maintained and the facilities were amazing. The kids loved it, and had a great time making friends with other families. We had day trips to Lincoln and Mablethorpe and Woodhall Spa itself is a unique place to visit. Overall we would recommend this site to families for camping and it is obvious that the owners take great pride in their site. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Perfect place to spend a few days with my family. The site owners were very welcoming and helpful (especially when we realised we'd forgotten our air mattress). The toilets/showers are lovely, and there is a kitchen with a fridge and freezer, as well as microwave and kettle available to use. A great spot to stay - and Woodall Spa is a lovely place to visit as well.

A hidden little gem if you want access to Woodhall Spa, we enjoyed our time as a more mature couple in a campervan. The facilities are literally spotless, but I think the real charm of this place is the effort that the owners have put in for younger children. For a traditional young family holiday I would definitely recommend it.

Had a fantastic time here. If anyone was looking for somewhere to go, but did not want a big tent and caravan place, I would highly recommend them this. Karen and Tony made us feel so welcome when we arrived on site. The area where we would be putting our caravan on was a lovely size. The toilet and shower rooms are lovely; they are so clean and tidy and look lovely. The room for washing your pots was like a small kitchen!

Small, quiet family run site. Good sized pitch with electric hook up. Felt very private. The facilities were outstanding. Shower/toilets were better than many hotels! Spotlessly clean (as was the whole site). Kitchenette was perfect for cleaning up after meals. The hosts were absolutely fantastic. Extremely welcoming and helpful. All set within a beautiful area with plenty to do and great walks. If you want peace and privacy, I cannot recommend highly enough. I will most definitely be back.

Small and secluded, but not far from main road. Easy to find, directions are emailed so very easy. New facilities and still pristine. Owners had time to chat, which was great.

Lovely camp site. The owners Karen and Tony are always around to help with anything. The showers/ kitchen have just been refurbished, they are lovely decorated and clean. I would highly recommend this campsite.

Absolutely perfect! This is a relatively small site with a lovely family feel, just perfect for people wanting a quiet getaway. There is a brand new shower/kitchen block and the attention to detail is second to none with lovely extra touches like a fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster. Karen and Tony are brilliant hosts and really made us feel welcome. Woodhall Spa itself is a lovely little town with a good selection of shops and everything you'd need during your stay. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday, we'll definitely be back again

My family and I had a lovely time at this campsite in Woodhall Spa, friendly and helpful staff and really good value for money. We met other lovely families there too! Our children had a great time. Also lots of interesting things to do in the local area. We will definitely be back there for next season.

Absolutely fantastic little site. Cracking location just outside Woodhall Spa. The site itself is small and very peaceful, facilities were always spotless. The owners are making constant improvements to the site and facilities, really looking forward to going back next year. Plenty to do in the area, 4 nights wasn't enough for us.

Perfect for a quiet and peaceful getaway. We pitched a tent for 2 nights and the host, Karen, was very attentive and warming. The washing up facilities were not that great but I know she has plans to put in a shower block and washing up facility in soon. But there is a shower inside the holiday home that you can use, which is perfect when there aren't many people on the site. Overall, it is a wonderful little campsite a 20 minute walk from Woodhall Spa and 10 minute drive from Horncastle, with numerous peaceful walks from the campsite.
