About the site


This peaceful and well located campsite is a perfect base for exploring all that Anglesey has to offer, set in a rural location just outside of Llangefni. The site offers spacious and level grass pitches set in front of a wilding area. Pitches are non electric and each is dog friendly and has plenty of space for an awning, gazebo or pup tent. There are also five electric hardstanding and grass pitches. For nature lovers, there is a wilding area onsite where you can spot squirrels or pheasants from your pitch. The campsite is also just a stone's throw away from some of Anglesey's best beaches such as Traeth Lligwy and Traeth Benllech, so don't forget to bring your swimmers and a good book! You're also just ten minutes from Moelfre, a charming seaside town that connects up to the Anglesey Coast Path, leading all the way around the island. Perfect for keen walkers wanting to see more of the island! Or Holyhead is just 25 minutes by car if you want to get the ferry to Dublin! Please note that this site has no facilities. Campfires and BBQs are only permitted in raised fire pits. Four-legged friends are welcome.

You can check-in from noon until 8pm on your day of arrival but please let the site know if you're delayed. Check out is before 10am on your final day.

Yes, your dogs are more than welcome here and are even allowed to be off their lead on site. The site does ask that your canine companions are not left unattended and that when leaving the site to explore the conservation area behind, your dog remains on their lead.

Yes, BBQs are allowed so long as they are raised off the ground. Open fires are also allowed but only in raised fire pits. The site kindly asks that you do not take wood from the surrounding trees.

Yes, there is plenty of space for awnings, gazebos and pup tents.

Award winning beaches like Traeth Lligwy and Traeth Benllech are within a 15 minute drive perfect for sun soaked adventures, enjoy relaxing on the sandy shores with a good book or bring a bat and ball for some seaside fun!

Eryri National Park (Snowdonia) is only half an hour's drive away, where there is plenty of opportunity for outdoor adventure. Attempt the hike up Yr Wyddfa (Mount Snowdon), or try a more leisurely walk around some of the beautiful landscapes. Or head to one of the lakes for a spot of wild swimming.

Or, this site is also a perfect base if you want to catch the ferry from Holyhead (25 minutes) and head to Dublin for the weekend. The quaint village of Niwbwrch is only 20 minutes away with a village pub and chippy, also offering some great walks.
