About the site


At Dornoch, you'll receive a friendly Highland family welcome. Ideally situated along the north east shore of the Dornoch Firth, the site is just five minutes from the A9 and less than an hour's drive from Inverness. The park has 120 pitches suitable for tents and tourers. Electric hook up available on serviced pitches. Seasonal touring pitches also available. Dogs are allowed here but must be kept on a lead at all times.

There's no shortage of daytrips to enjoy during your stay either. A particular highlight is Dunrobin Castle, near Golspie, boasting superb coastal views and beautiful gardens. After exploring, take a dip in the Sutherland Swimming Pool Complex.

At Dornoch, you can top up your tan at one of its award winning beaches, aim for a hole in one at the golf course or explore its cathedral.

Another Highlands gem are the Falls of Shin, with many forest paths to stroll through as well as an abundance of wildlife - all nestled within a stunning setting!
