About the site

Taking in lovely views of Lyme Bay and the Axe Valley, this site is just on the edge of Seaton, a 20 minute walk from the beach and a 10 minute drive from Beer. Manor Farm has 13 touring pitches, each terraced and supplied with electric, set on hardstanding. Beside each is grass which allows you to spread out with your awning. Tent camping without electric is available during the summer holidays only. With 200 seasonal pitches, this is also a great place to stay for the full 8 month season. These all include spacious decking, electric and a water supply. There are also super seasonal pitches with space for an RV to pitch in comfort.

Site facilities include two toilet blocks, showers and laundry rooms, plus a disabled toilet. An on site shop stocks groceries, camping essentials and the farm's own eggs and pork. There is an enclosed children's playground with swings, seesaws, slides and more, plus a field dedicated to exercising dogs. Internet access is available for a fee.

The farm includes friendly sheep, goats, pigs and hens - which the kids love to feed, cuddle and meet. They can groom the ponies, bottle feed baby lambs and much more.

Roam Devon's spectacular countryside, dip into its magical villages and walk the ancient Jurassic coastline.

A journey of just a mile will take you to Beer, for the freshest catch of the day and walks along the stunning cliffs. Next on the list should be Lyme Regis, packed with golden beaches and Sidmouth with its family friendly donkey sanctuary.

Branscombe is just three miles away and home to the Sea Shanty - a perfect place to try some local flavours and run your toes through the sand of another excellent beach.
