About the site
Just minutes away from seven miles of golden sand, pitches here are the perfect beach getaway for couples, families and friends. Handily placed for the Galloway Hills and surrounded by local wildlife, this is a great chance to step away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world and get back to nature. Tourers up to a maximum of 7.2m are treated to fully serviced hardstanding pitches right by the coast. All are fully serviced, modern, level and well maintained with a night light, power supply, water supply and grey water drain. A maximum of two dogs are also welcome to join you on your break.

Level gravel pitches measuring 7 x 7.5m with a maximum tourer size of 7.2m. Electric, dedicated water, night light, chemical and grey waste disposal points all included. Awning and pup tents are allowed, gravel pegs are required.

Things to do on site and in the Stranraer area
The Lighthouse Restaurant on site hosts a range of events from dance sessions, quizzes, a kids disco and a whole host of live music to suit every taste. Kids won't want to miss the onsite adventure park and play barn, located just at the front of the restaurant.
Of course, the main draw here is the sandy beach right on your doorstep. Splash in the sea, build a sandcastle, or have a go at a wild food beach forage. Water sports more your thing? There's a whole range of activities here, including kayaking, windsurfing and paddle boarding.
Hop in the car and you'll be pulling up at the Galloway Forest within less than an hour. Or, a shorter drive will take you to pretty Stranraer and Loch Ryan.
