About Haddon Copse Farm

This working farm site is surrounded by patchwork fields and looks out over the Dorset Downs. Just ten minutes to the unbeatable Dorset Area of Natural Beauty and beaches just 45 minutes away, this is a lovely choice for campers and glampers looking to enjoy both the coastline and countryside. For tents, there are three non electric grass pitches for up to six people, each with that essential fire pit so that you can toast some marshmallows. Spaced out around the edge of the field, you'll never feel on top of your neighbours. There are four charming bell tents, each sleeping up to four people, set in the peace of a small orchard. There are four comfy single mattresses that can be joined together with velcro upon request to form double beds. Inside you'll find fresh supplies for your first breakfast in bed! If you would like to spread your group with a pup tent alongside your bell tent, the site may be able to accommodate this upon request. Enjoy your own fire pit with a BBQ grill outside as you absorb the breath-taking panoramic countryside views. Shared facilities are nearby, and please bring your own bedding. Opt for the glamping hut, sleeping up to two people in a double sofa bed with all bedding provided. You'll have your own cold box and outdoor kitchen area, as well as a stove and hot drink making supplies. You'll also have your own fire pit outside! Shared facilities are nearby. Fires are allowed and each pitch shall have their own private fire pit. No dogs, sorry.

Open from 5 August to 31 August

A note from the site themselves...

We run a small, quiet site where you can enjoy the peace and beauty of the Dorset countryside away from the hurly-burly of everyday life. We hope you'll begin to switch off the moment you arrive, relaxing and enjoy some of life's simple pleasures.

Take in the view, stroll round our farm walk, light a fire, watch the stars. Haddon Copse Farm is a haven of tranquillity not just for people but for wildlife too.

The farm walk takes in our newly created nature reserve where you'll find a pond, trees, hedges and wildflowers which we trust will grow into a perfect place for nature to flourish and people to enjoy.

We pride ourselves on personal touches such as advising you on where to walk or swim, bread delivered to your tent in the morning or help choosing some of the food we produce on the farm.

We hope they will all combine to ensure that a stay at Haddon Copse Farm leaves you feeling refreshed and full of the good things in life!
