Two great pubs serving food are in easy walking distance.
About Brecon Beacons Touring Park
This camping and touring base has excellent views and is settled within a designated Dark Sky spot, with a host of stars to be seen at night. There are also two award winning pubs within easy walking distance as well as a local convenience store. Choose between grass pitches for tents and tourers with optional electric - and well spaced hardstandings with electric. For the more adventurous it's a 40 minute walk to the tallest single drop waterfall in South Wales, which has also been used as a film set for one of the Batman movies. If you don't fancy the long walk you can also take the car but there is a fairly steep path to negotiate to get to the bottom of the falls. From this base it's around half an hour to the coast with plenty of classic Welsh seaside resorts, plus you're in easy reach of countryside with beautiful waterfalls to explore. For days out with the car, you're in striking distance of the M4, too.
Open from March until 31st October each year
