About Bryn Dinas Camping Pods

Set at the base of Snowdon, in the beautiful Nantgwynant Valley, this site makes the perfect base to explore Snowdonia. The site offers eight camping pods which all have two single beds, a kettle and even electrics so you can charge your devices! Guests staying in the camping pods have access to the four bathrooms and a shared kitchenette as well as an outside patio area with picnic benches. There are also two lodges on site, the Dragons Den and the Dragons Lair. The Dragons Lair is a great if there are more of you. Featuring two bunk beds, a microwave, toaster, kettle and ensuite bathroom with shower. The Dragons Den offers one double bed and two singles. The lodge features a dining and seating area, an ensuite bathroom, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. After a little more comfort? The Maple Lodge log cabin features a double bedroom and space for two on the mezzanine (access by ladder). There is a fully fitted kitchen with a hob, oven, fridge, kettle and toaster as well as an ensuite bathroom with shower and outdoor patio. The living area has a TV and games console. Bring along your pups for your stay with walks straight from the site!

The site offers direct access to a variety of scenic walks through the beautiful mountains of Snowdonia. The site is located just a short walk from the start of The Watkin Path, perfect for those looking for a challenging but highly rewarding route to the top of Snowdon.

A five minute drive will take you to Beddgelert, famous for its legend of Prince Llewellyn and his dog Gelert. Here you can enjoy a riverside walk followed by a cup of coffee and a cake.

For the adrenaline seekers, Zip World is just a 40 minute drive away and offers outdoor activities including a record-breaking zip line.
