Things to do on site and in the Isle Of Harris area
There is a 5 hole golf driving range on site with all supplies provided. There are also two fresh water lochs at the site where guests can fish brown trout.
For active guests, don't miss open air swimming or fresh water/sea kayaking around the island. Wildlife watching is also a major pastime, particularly the local resident otters. Eagles, buzzards, oystercatchers and seals are also your neighbours here. There are unspoilt beaches and the nature of the island is truly incredible.
You'll love spending time walking and cycling around the loch.
On rainy days the Skoon Art Cafe is the perfect option on the east coast, where you can enjoy local art and taste some of the best homemade food on the island.
For history lovers, the ancient stone circle of Calanais will be fascinating at 3,000 years old and the historic St Clements Church in Rodel is a beauty dating back to 1520.
