The idyllic setting and quiet surroundings are the perfect place for rest and relaxation. The park is surrounded by woodland and situated on both Cycle Route One and the Lindsey Trail, offering miles of cycling and off road walking. You are welcome to bring your dogs with you.

Paul and Julia look forward to welcoming you to Walesby Woodlands Caravan Park which is situated on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds in an area of outstanding natural beauty. So whether you are looking for relaxation or countryside exploration, Walesby Woodlands is the perfect place to stay! Tents, caravans and motorhomes are all welcome and there are a number of spacious grass and hardstanding pitches (including one extra large pitch for RVs and oversized motorhomes) with both pitch types offering electric. Please note that the campsite is dark at night, so do bring a torch with you!

Site rules and policies
The rules listed below are all common sense and have other people's comfort and respect in mind. Therefore the general rule is of courtesy and consideration for the park, guests and staff. Disregard of these rules will result in offenders being asked to leave the park.
1. Strictly no movement of vehicles on the site between 10pm and 8am the barrier will be locked down between these times. Please keep noise to a minimum after 11pm.
2. Open fires, of any nature, are prohibited.Barbeques are permitted, but MUST be constructed properly. The base must not come into contact with the grass. Coals must be properly extinguished after use.
3. Dogs are permitted on the site but are to be kept on a lead at all times. They must not be allowed to soil the ground within the park any accidents should be cleaned up immediately. Dogs must not be unattended at any time on the park.
4.Visitors are required to arrive between 12 noon and 7pm. Pitches must be vacated by 12 noon. Late departure is sometimes available please enquire at reception.
5. All visitors are asked to keep the shower and toilet block as clean and tidy as possible. Not to leave taps running or put objects such as sanitary towels and nappies into sinks or toilets.
6. Smoking is not permitted in any of the buildings and cigarette ends should be put into the bin provided (outside the toilet block).
7. Litter must be put into the refuse bins located around the park.
8. The washing of clothes is not permitted within the toilet/shower block. Facilities for this purpose are provided in the room next to the reception labelled Laundry. Please do not hang washing lines out near caravans.
9. The use of hosepipes for washing cars and caravans is prohibited. Caravan wash is available subject to a small charge, please ask at reception.
10. No ball games to be played around the caravans within the park. The ball field is available next to the park.
11. Parents are responsible for providing supervision of their children whilst on the park; children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. Minimum 18 years of age.
12. Maximum 5 mph on site!
Things to do on site and in the Market Rasen area
Market Rasen is less than a mile away and has a good selection of traditional shops including bakers, farm shop and butchers as well as a Tesco store, train station and good bus service. Have a day at the popular Market Rasen Racecourse, or spend a leisurely afternoon fishing or playing golf.
The historic town of Lincoln with its Castle and Cathedral (used in the Da Vinci Code) is only 16 miles away, and the seaside resorts of Cleethorpes, Mablethorpe and Skegness are all within comfortable driving distance.
The Humber Bridge is well worth seeing either by day or night, and the picturesque country towns of Louth, Horncastle and Woodhall Spa to name a few, are all well within an hour's drive.
Spend an evening at the pictures, at the old fashioned 'Kinema in the Woods' at Woodhall Spa where there is an interval for ice cream and an old cinema organ to entertain you.
The park is situated on both Cycle Route One and the Lindsey Trail, with the Viking Way also close at hand.
