Nestled by the River Severn, Gloucestershire's Catch a Smile is a peaceful, adult-only and accessible campsite. Guests can enjoy fishing, friendly farm animals, and the choice of grass or hardstanding pitches and cosy camping pods. Surrounding the site are various attractions like the Gloucestershire Cathedral, a 10 minute drive, and Westbury Court Garden, a tranquil National Trust Park, 20 minutes away. The site also has access to river views!

About the site
If you are looking for a peaceful base to explore Gloucestershire's charming villages, this adult-only site is an ideal spot. This small and accessible site sits beside the scenic River Severn, with beautiful surroundings including Westbury Court Garden, a national park just a 20 minute drive away. There are 15 grass tent pitches (3m x 3m) which have the option of 16-amp electric hookups and three hardstanding pitches with optional electric, suitable for motorhomes and campervans. For a cosier option, the two camping pods feature two single airbeds, heating, and space for guests to bring up to two additional beds if needed. For an extra fee, visitors can meet farm animals or go fishing in the onsite lake, with all equipment available to hire. The site is also accessible, with special measures in place to ensure a comfortable stay. On warmer evenings, guests can enjoy the outdoor firepit and BBQ area. Dogs are not permitted on the grass and hardstanding pitches but are welcome in the camping pods.

Site rules and policies
*Check-in times are between 11am-5pm and check out is by 10:30am on your departure day.
*One guest member is required to be 21 or over.
*Those under 16 are not allowed on the campsite, if you are under 18 you must be accompanied by parents or responsible legal guardians.
*BBQ's are allowed but please ensure they are kept of the ground and supervised by an adult. Please also note that electric BBQs aren't permitted.
*Fuel, coal, and logs can only be purchased on the campsite.
*Guests are advised to bring a torch as some areas are unlit.
*Guests must not swim in the lake.
*Animals must not be fed or touched.
*All cars/motorbikes must be parked in the car park, not by your pitch.

The campsite is surrounded by scenic parks and gardens, perfect for quiet walks or picnics. Just a 10-minute drive away, Gloucester Quays offers a great day out for shopping and exploring. For those looking to immerse themselves in an adventure-packed day, GoApe is a 45 minute drive away from the site.
Additionally, Cheltenham is just a 40 minute drive from the campsite and is home to the famous Cheltenham Racecourse. Here, visitors can also enjoy attractions such as escape rooms, Cotswold Farm Park, and The Wilson Art Gallery and Museum.
