Minsmere

Framlingham Castle

For sheer splendour you can’t go wrong with Framlingham Castle, a striking 12th century castle that is guaranteed to awe little lords and ladies. There are designated children’s and adults’ audio guides so each member of the family can explore the castle in a manner that appeals to them. Brave knights and fierce princesses will also relish the wall walk which offers excellent views. Adult access to the castle costs £6.90 and entry for kids aged 5 to 15 is £4.10.

High Lodge Thetford Forest

For a tree adventure that will appeal to tots and teens alike High Lodge in Thetford Forest is the place to go. The wild play area has lots of fun play equipment to get kids active and following the four walking trails is a great way to see the forest on food. Alternatively hop on a bike and put tyres to the four cycling trails that accommodate beginners as well as experienced cyclists. Entry costs £2.10 per hour per car.

Pleasurewood Hills

Screams of delight (or fear!), rides for pint-sized visitors that are popping with fun, as well as live shows are all on offer at the Pleasurewood Hills theme park.
