About Saltbox Escapes
Nestled between the Forest of Dean and the River Wye, this peaceful glamping retreat is perfect for couples or families looking to completely unwind. There are two bell tents to choose from - Tarragon and Ginger - each sleeping up to three people on a king size bed and optional single bed. All linen and bedding is provided. Each tent has a designated luxury toilet and shower room just a minute away. There's comfy seating inside and outside, and each bell tent has a private terrace with seating and a fire pit with a BBQ attachment to enjoy whilst admiring the idyllic countryside views. With plenty to do nearby and set in an AONB, nature lovers looking for an added bit of luxury will feel at home here. Dogs are welcome onsite just please keep them on the lead at all times. Campfires are permitted and each bell tent shall have its own fire pit with a BBQ attachment. Each bell tent is licensed by the Woodland Champions Club, certifying Saltbox Escapes as a small and high-quality site. By booking and staying here you will become a member of the Woodland Champions Club for no extra cost.

The picturesque River Wye is just 1.5 miles away and is a must visit during your stay. Take part in some fun watersports including white water rafting, kayaking, paddleboarding and canoeing.
