The Oyster Farm Caravan Site is an ideal base for exploring both Anglesey and Snowdonia - with the beaches of Llandwyn and Newborough Forest only five minutes away.

About The Oyster Farm Caravan Site

Located just outside the village of Dwyran the site is a small family run camp on a working oyster and mussel farm. With 20 pitches in 7 acres, there is plenty of space and various pitch options are available including 10-Amp hook-up, water and grey waste. There are even unserviced pitches which are all on grass, with generous sizing. Pitches are spread across three sides of a space that covers three acres, leaving a large open space in front and plenty more space for games and dog walking.

Open from 31 March to 18 September

Facilities and amenities

Site facilities include a tiled shower and toilet block which consists of wheelchair accessible amenities, with three sinks plus an additional pot washing sink. The site has a 2 acre dog walking area and a separate recreational area of 3 acres. Fresh oysters and mussels can be bought on site (with a discount for guests at selected times).

There is also a games shed with table football and other games to while away a rainy day.

A note from the site themselves...

The site began life as a place of space. We wanted families to have a safe spacious area where children can play, without devices. For the adult's great clean facilities and large pitches are able to accommodate even the largest tents and motorhomes.

We have invested in extensive tree planting which will enhance the site over the coming decades and in 2022 added an Ice machine and freezer. We also have a hammock area where young and old can relax.
