VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2023
11/10 for this campsite! The host was friendly and welcoming on arrival, spotlessly clean facilities and the little farm shop/restaurant is a great asset and came in super handy.
Stones throw away from neighbouring Ilfancombe and Woolacombe but the real treasure is the small village of Lee, home to the Grampus Inn. If you stay here make sure you take a visit, preferably on a Friday evening as that's their music event night, but you'll have to book!
110% making another 3 hour drive to Lee Meadow from South Wales sometime soon and we can't wait! Thanks for a lovely break away!

Bell Tent - Bell TentsAug 2023
First ever camping holiday at the age of 75. Couldn't have chosen a better site.
The site is well set out and signposted with the facilities, shop and cafe near to the entrance but also centrally placed for all areas. As a less-abled camper, this was a bonus, as it wasn't too distant to walk and the paths were level enough for my travel mobility scooter.
The bell tent was large and well-maintained with very pleasing decor and comfortable bed. Fire pit and free wood was a bonus as well as a battery charger. The small farm shop had a good selection of food, toiletries and fancy goods and the cafe served excellent food. Can recommend the curry and pizza nights.
On top of all this the staff were really friendly and helpful and they charged my scooter battery for free. You would go a long way to better this site. Cannot think of a way it could be improved. 10 out of 10 guys.
